The 4th Annual Save The Frogs Day - April 28th, 2012

Dear SAVE THE FROGS! Supporter,

I am pleased to officially announce the 4th Annual Save The Frogs Day: April 28th, 2012.

Save The Frogs Day is not only the world's largest day of amphibian education and conservation action, it is the single most successful and important amphibian conservation campaign in existence. With your assistance, we will grow Save The Frogs Day exponentially, spreading our message of environmental protection to every country, state, province, county, shire, city, town and village on the planet and create a truly frog-friendly human race. Imagine a society that respects and appreciates frogs and the other animals with whom we share this beautiful planet. It's possible, and it's closer than you think. We will succeed -- but we need your support and involvement. Six months from today is the 4th Annual Save The Frogs Day: help us surpass our goal of 200+ events in 30 countries.

Save The Frogs Day Atrazine Rallies

HELP GET ATRAZINE BANNED! Organize and hold a Save The Frogs Day Atrazine Rally in your city's downtown area April 28th, 2012

We need to get the endocrine disruptors they spray on our corn banned and out of federal production as soon as possible. Atrazine is a filthy, dangerous chemical used in 60 countries with no regard for human or environmental health. It turns male frogs into females, and we need you to help educate our fellow citizens and politicians about the harm it causes. Currently, few people have heard of Atrazine. That's a problem, as its producer, Syngenta -- the world's largest pesticide company -- has billions of dollars at stake and they are doing everything they can to buy politicians in Washington, conduct flawed scientific studies and spread their mis-information. They fear SAVE THE FROGS! though -- that's why they're currently buying top of the page Google Ads for the search term 'Save The Frogs', linked to their flawed propaganda. This Save The Frogs Day, let's show them that the will of the people is more powerful than all their dirty money.

SAVE THE FROGS! is asking YOU to lead a Save The Frogs Day Atrazine Rally in your city's downtown area. It's easy: pick a place, set a time, inform the local authorities of your route, verify it is public land, promote your event, make signs or get some from us, then just show up, have a good time, talk to people about frogs, collect petition signatures, distribute flyers we can provide, and make people think about what's being sprayed on our food and dumped in our ecosystems. Want to be pro-active and lead a rally? Please let us know so we can coordinate.
