SAVE THE FROGS! distributes $3,450 in Save The Frogs Day awards
Dear SAVE THE FROGS! Supporter,
One of the initial reasons I founded SAVE THE FROGS! in 2008 was due to the need to increase funding for worldwide amphibian conservation efforts. As such I am extremely pleased to announce that SAVE THE FROGS! has just awarded $3,450 in funding to eight groups in developing countries to enable and assist their Save The Frogs Day 2013 events. To date, SAVE THE FROGS! has disbursed $11,880 in Amphibian Conservation Awards.

Creating kids who save the planet - That's what we do
"Dear Dr. Kerry Kriger, I myself am an 11 year-old who has a dream of becoming a future herpetologist. Ever since I was little, I have had a fascination for frogs and other amphibians. You not only have inspired me as a fellow scientist to try to become a herpetologist, but also have made me more aware of the animals and the world around me. I hope later your inspiration will pay off! Thank you, once again, to the man who has inspired me to do what I will later do and to what I have done."

You have the power to SAVE THE FROGS!
I started SAVE THE FROGS! from scratch five years ago, and have built the organization into one of the world's most effective forces defending the Earth's wildlife. We have permeated schools worldwide, and we have educated well over a million people through our www.savethefrogs.com website, which has over 300 pages of free educational material. Right now we are expanding our efforts in the USA, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, Belize, Ghana, Bangladesh, Nigeria and Nepal. I am absolutely 100% positive that our methods work, and that we CAN SAVE THE FROGS!.
So if you're pessimistic and think we're doomed and that planetary destruction is inevitable, you are wrong! Your negativity is preventing you from taking action, so please stop crippling yourself with self-limiting beliefs. Educate yourself on www.savethefrogs.com, read these newsletters, watch our videos on YouTube, listen to our mp3s on SoundCloud, read breaking frog news on the FrogBlog, get our updates as they occur on Facebook or Twitter. Realize the power is in YOUR HANDS! If you want the frogs saved, you now have the power to SAVE THE FROGS! We've even created a page to teach you how to fundraise, so that you can help fund our worldwide efforts, whether you're age 7 or 77. Every single person reading this newsletter right now has far more tools at their disposal than I did ten years ago when I began my frog saving journey. If I can do it, you can too because you're not starting from scratch! You've got the power, please take advantage of all of these free resources! Thank you!

Amphibian Conservation Awards in YOUR Name
Would you like an Amphibian Conservation Awards created in your name or the name of a loved one? For instance, if your friend Mary Jenkins loves frogs, or if you are a member of the Wildlife Society of Arkansas, we could create an award named the Mary Jenkins Award for Amphibian Conservation, or the Wildlife Society of Arkansas Award for Amphibian Conservation. This is a fabulous way to commemorate a friend or loved one, or to improve your business or organization's environmental image. Or perhaps you just want to anonymously support our efforts in a particular country...please contact us to discuss!
