Join SAVE THE FROGS! in Belize this June

Dear SAVE THE FROGS! Supporter,

In July 2013 we led our inaugural SAVE THE FROGS! Belize Ecotour. We had an amazing time, visiting rainforests, tropical savannahs, beautiful Caribbean beaches and colorful coral reefs. From birds, to bats, to bugs, we saw many fascinating animals, including 16 frog species!

We will be returning to Belize this June, and we still have openings. If you like to travel and you enjoy seeing incredible wildlife, please consider joining us June 19th to June 28th, 2014. Save $200 with early-bird registration, which ends January 31st, 2014!

Open House at the SAVE THE FROGS! Education Center

On December 13th, 2013 we opened our doors for a sneak peek inside the future SAVE THE FROGS! Education Center in Berkeley, CA. We're very excited to finally have a space of our own to educate people about frogs and sell our eco-friendly merchandise!

Save The Frogs Education Center

A huge thank you to the 81 donors who have helped us raise $5,124 to furnish the inside of the Education Center. We are still over $40,000 short of our goal, so if you can donate we would appreciate it! Your donation will help us purchase chairs; signage; tables; shelves; a bookshelf; books; a cash register system; cabinets; electronics; stage; a mount for our digital projector; paint for the floor, walls and frog mural; a sofa; carpet; framing materials; live plants; rent and merchandise. In short, everything we need to have a visually pleasing space with all the tools we need to effectively educate people about amphibians!

SF Weekly Features SAVE THE FROGS' Bullfrogs Campaign

SAVE THE FROGS! has been meeting with California politicians to develop legislation that will bring an end to the state's annual importation of millions of live American Bullfrogs. Rachel Swan of SF Weekly wrote this article about California's bullfrog trade in December 2013.

Save The Frogs Gift Center

Frogs are the most threatened group of animals on the planet: nearly 2,000 of the world's amphibian species are threatened with extinction and at least 150 species have entirely disappeared since 1979. SAVE THE FROGS! is America's first and only public charity dedicated exclusively to amphibian conservation. Your generous financial support makes our work possible!
