Volunteer for SAVE THE FROGS!

Dear SAVE THE FROGS! Supporter,

SAVE THE FROGS! has a huge mission: to protect the world's amphibian populations and to promote a society that respects and appreciates nature and wildlife. We have only six staff members worldwide, so we rely on the dedicated support of volunteers. If you have skills and time to help us save the planet, please read on and consider volunteering for SAVE THE FROGS!. By volunteering you will be helping protect frog populations and acquiring valuable professional experience, gaining new insights, and likely even enjoying yourself!

Two videos all about volunteering for SAVE THE FROGS!

All people interested in volunteering should watch this video all about volunteering, in which I discuss the multitude of ways you can help SAVE THE FROGS!. Note: we no longer require you to volunteer four hours per six months (though we still appreciate you aiming for that!). I also recommend you watch Michael Starkey's video on Tabling and Effective Advocacy For Frogs.

Can't volunteer? No problem, please donate!

Please donate today to help us raise $10,000 to protect the endangered California Red-Legged Frogs! These iconic frogs were nearly eaten to extinction by the California gold miners in the late 1800's. Now they are under threat from habitat destruction, pesticides, roadkill and non-native species that eat them and compete with them for habitat. Please hop over to www.savethefrogs.com/red to place your donation. Thank you!

Save The Frogs Day in Czech Republic

Jan Dvorak organized this educational event in the Czech Republc  on the 6th Annual Save The Frogs Day. Their group searched for local amphibian species, explained and discussed wetland importance and nature conservation especially in Czech Republic. They also discussed amphibian threats around the world and the SAVE THE FROGS! organization. Thanks for helping educate the Czech youth!

Save The Frogs Gift Center

Frogs are the most threatened group of animals on the planet: nearly 2,000 of the world's amphibian species are threatened with extinction and at least 150 species have entirely disappeared since 1979. SAVE THE FROGS! is America's first and only public charity dedicated exclusively to amphibian conservation. Your generous financial support makes our work possible!
