Dear SAVE THE FROGS! Supporter,

Thanks to 88 generous donors from nine countries, we surpassed our fundraising goal of $2,680 and raised $4,020 for our frog-saving efforts in Ghana! On behalf of our staff and volunteers in Ghana as well as frog lovers everywhere, thank you to everyone who supported our efforts in West Africa. We look forward to sending you photos and stories of our coming successes. If you didn't get a chance to donate, it's not too late! We will keep our dedicated SAVE THE FROGS! Ghana Fundraising page active for all who would like to donate to or start their own personal fundraising webpage for Ghana's endangered frogs.

Over 150 kids attended our Save The Frogs Day 2014 event in Accra, Ghana's capital.

I celebrated the 50th anniversary of the signing of the Wilderness Act by climbing Wheeler Peak in Nevada's Great Basin National Park. In the early days of SAVE THE FROGS!, I found the Great Basin Spadefoot shown below in the Utah lowlands east of Wheeler Peak.

Frogs are the most threatened group of animals on the planet: nearly 2,000 of the world's amphibian species are threatened with extinction and at least 150 species have entirely disappeared since 1979. SAVE THE FROGS! is America's first and only public charity dedicated exclusively to amphibian conservation. Your generous financial support makes our work possible!
