Dendrobates pumilio -- Strawberry poison dart frog

The strawberry poison dart frog is one of the most commonly seen frogs in lower Central America, not only due to their bright colors, but also due to their diurnal habits and their abundance. I found this frog in the woods just above Red Frog Beach on Bastamientos Island in Bocas del Toro.
