A Message from the Author

"I was so inspired by the uniqueness of our Save The Frogs ecotour through Costa Rica that I wanted to share the experience – and am thrilled that National Geographic magazine agreed! It was a thrill to search for these gorgeous amphibians, as well as lizards, small mammals, birds, bats, insects and even venomous snakes. Yes, we got wet, muddy and tired – but the experience felt so authentic.  And in these tumultuous times, it was rewarding to support eco-tourism in a nation with its heart in the right place."
