SAVE THE FROGS! Ghana has won a grant for £6,000 (US$9,700) from the Rufford Small Grants Foundation to slow down frogmeat eating and trade in Northern Ghana. The Rufford-funded project is one year-long and has two phases – recording what kinds of frogs and what quantities are harvested or traded; and raising public awareness of the threats frogs are facing. The project covers Northern Ghana.
SAVE THE FROGS! Ghana still needs your financial support for its many other projects. If you would like to become a patron, please email us for more information. Thank you!
